This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Gylen application and related services (the “Service”). By using Gylen, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Gylen is intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:

• Create artistic outputs based on different stylistic templates
• Access and review previously generated images through a history feature
The Service is intended for creative expression and visual storytelling.
Gylen is built with a strong commitment to user privacy and compliance. We emphasize the following:
• No Facial Data Collection: Gylen does not collect, analyze, or store facial recognition data or biometric identifiers from any uploaded images.
• No Third-Party Data Transmission: User images and generated content are not shared, transmitted, or processed by external third-party services.
• Strict Privacy Protection: We implement robust safeguards to ensure that user content remains confidential and is handled with care and minimal exposure.
• Full Regulatory Compliance: Gylen operates in accordance with applicable laws, platform policies, and data protection standards to ensure lawful and transparent service operation.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate. By using Gylen, you agree to:
• Upload only content that you have the legal right to use
• Avoid generating or sharing unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
You must not misuse or interfere with the Service.
You retain ownership of all images you upload and all generated outputs.
You grant Gylen a limited, non-exclusive right to process your images solely for:
• Generating styled poster outputs
• Maintaining your history within the app
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Generated images may be stored within your account history to allow convenient access and review. You are responsible for managing and saving your content as needed.
All rights related to Gylen’s platform, including its templates, design, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
• Copy, distribute, or modify the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding:
• Specific artistic outcomes
• Continuous availability
• Compatibility with all image formats
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gylen shall not be liable for:
• Loss of generated content
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Issues arising from user-provided materials
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• Your use of the Service is unlawful or harmful
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
